FCS-Solutions is committed to providing you with a first class service. However, offering this level of service includes not selling our booking calendar innapropriately. Please read the following information carefully before submitting your request.

The EBS calendar IS suitable for:

Owners looking to take advantage of:
      - increased visits to bookings ratios
      - increased referral rates
      - reduced agency fees
      - ways of safeguarding future rental income
      - administrative benefits
      - ways to meet the expectations of todays internet savvy customers.


The EBS calendar is NOT suitable for:

Owners who:
      - are legally unable to secure a significant amount of weeks/dates from their occupancy calendar, perhaps due to agency agreements.
      - are not prepared to enter all bookings into the calendar system. It cannot possibly know about phone/mail bookings which are not entered !!
      - are not employing the services of an advertising agency to generate some traffic to their web site.

Although our primary business goal is to provide first class booking services, we realise that any additional help that can be offered to property owners to fill their vacancies would probably be appreciated! This site is a work in progress and at the moment only receives in the region of five to ten thousand hits per year. EBS Newsletter Subscriptions
Periodically we issue a newsletter to keep customers and interested parties up to date on recent developments/changes. Newsletters are not issued more than quarterly and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Ethical Mailing Policy

FCS-Solutions adheres to the following practices when contacting potential customers:

1) All mailings/newsletters will carry a removal link.

2) Email addresses collected by us, for our use, will NOT be passed on to ANY third party.

3) Any mailee requesting not to be mailed again will not receive any further mailings on the email address(es) supplied for removal.

4) Except in the case of point three, FCS-Solutions may send out an offer of receiving a periodic newsletter. This will give news about recent developments and other related information. If you do not respond to this offer you will not be contacted again, and will not receive a newsletter.

5) The frequency of newsletters issued shall not exceed one in every 3 months.

6) If a mailee does receive a mailing, after requesting a removal, FCS-Solutions will endeavour to:
    - Carry out an investigation to provide you with an explanation for this error.
    - Respond within 10 days of your complaint.
